Meet the mental performance consultant, a professional with a deep understanding of both athletics and psychology. With a lifelong passion for tennis that began at the age of six, I have competed in numerous local and international tournaments, honing my skills on the court. My journey culminated in a four-year Division I collegiate career at Rutgers University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sport Management.
Driven by my fascination with the intersection of psychology and sports, I furthered my education at Rutgers University, obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Psychology. This comprehensive academic background, combined with my extensive practical experience in competitive sports, equips me uniquely to empower athletes to achieve peak mental performance. Whether you're seeking to enhance focus, manage performance anxiety, or optimize your mental game, the consultant offers tailored strategies rooted in both academic rigor and real-world athletic expertise.
